I found a cozy diner while passing through eastern TN, and it turned out to be a great choice for breakfast. The food came out quick, was hot and delicious, and the prices were super reasonable. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home, making it a perfect stop on my trip.

ah, where to begin. I found this restaurant while on a trip from South Carolina to Tenn to see relatives. The first time, I ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries. Cooked perfectly, fries were crisp on outside and soft and hot on the inside. DELICIOUS! After moving to Tenn recently, we go on average of at least twice a month (we live about 50 miles from there), NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! My mom is 83 and very, very picky about what she eats, my grandchildren and 8 yoa and don't eat much of anything, myself and sister are in our 60's and we were all VERY, VERY Happy with what we ordered. My 10 yoa nephew ordered the pork chop dinner and ate every bite of two huge pork chops. Service has ALWAYS been great! WARNING: there's more than enough food as they serve on platters so be prepared to either be hungry or get a takeout carrier for what's left over. It's just as good the 2nd day. Desserts are homemade and although we've tried several, my favorite is the choc pie.

My daughter and I were down from Maryland, visiting family. They have the absolute BEST fried chicken I have ever tasted. The people are always friendly and it is always a great experience.

We've never had a bad meal at Maple Grove. I don't believe those who say otherwise.
Good home cooking and my waitress has always been friendly...and the service is great.
You can't beat the food and the weekly dinner specials at $6.99 can't be beat anywhere,
We go at least once a week.

The food was great but the owner and cashier are horrible. I got our order to go. I have a large family and one meal was left out. I went back in to get it and was told I just wanted to get a free meal. I asked to speak to the owner and he was just as rude. I used to go there on a weekly basis and spend about $70 each time. Needless to say I will never go back.

My husband and I eat there 2-3 times per month - usually on Sunday. Their food is superior to all the places around. Everything is good that we have had and we have tried a lot! The staff is always friendly and eager to please. The Butterscotch pie is the best I have ever had! Can't wait to go back this Sunday!!

We are from Georgia and some friends we were visiting took us to Maple Grove. Good country cooking but the butterscoth pie was the best I have ever eaten. Can't wait to come back to Tennessee. We will definately eat there again so I can have some more pie!!

do not eat here! i have had several bad experiences once they gave my son who is a diabetic a regular drink even though i had asked them repeatdly to make sure it was diet his sugar shot up to over 600 when i informed the owner he said he didnt care and hung up on me and the waiteress said it was my fault for running her so much. i barely asked for silverware and butter and a drink refill. then we had another experience where my son ordered a steak it was all fat and i asked if they would fix him another because he couldnt eat it or credit us the diffrence after argueing with me that the steak was fine he told me to pay the bill and GET OUT!!!!!!!!!
SO PLZ DO NOT EAT HERE!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
