My husband was served the wrong beer. Didn't get the appetizer we ordered. We both ordered steak with potatoes. All of our food was cold. We took our food home to reheat it before we could even eat it. Our food that we received was almost $60 with the tip. Makes a person wonder why this store hasn't shut down yet? We will never come to this restaurant again!!!!!!

The pies are served cold if ya want it heat just ask it will be our pleasure to warm it up for you ! Sorry if the food was not up to your liking ! Same as the butter on the potato not sure if this was Columbia O'charley's but the butter is not put on the potato's we serve almost everything on the side do to Covid restrictions ! Prime rib is no longer at our resturant and has not been for over a year ! Any to go order should be reheated when ya get home ! If you are at home and leave food sit for 20 min it is gonna be cold ! Same as from any place you get it from ! Unless you eat it in the parking lot or within 5 min of getting it !

Ate here last night! Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. Arrived at 6pm..wait for table only about 10 minutes. Got to table and took waitress long time to bring water. Then we ordered. Sat there for another hour with not even a salad. When food finally came out it was so cold the butter would not even melt on my baked potatoe. My prime rib was cold and still no salad that came with my meal. My mother's food was cold also. She then ask for a piece of peach pie. It came out ice cold! The whole experience was a shame! Never be back because this was the third time!!!🤮

At 4:47pm on 4/08/2018 I ordered on line tenders and ff with a side of broccoli and a Lo country shr. I picked it up less than the twenty minutes it stated it would take and when I got home the lo country dish was hot and very good according to my best friend who ate it. However your famous chicken tenders were over cooked and so crisp I could not chew them.The meat was dry when I pulled them apart. The ff were cold and stale. The broccoli was warm and very tasty..So for dinner, I had broccoli and rolls. Needless to say I will not be ordering O'Charley's anytime in the near future.
.I have eaten many times at O;Charley's with very good experience but this visit left me with a bad taste in my mouth! Thank you for your attention.
