The bean station location is the rudest and most unacceptable place I have ever been to. I ordered a pepperoni calzone and when I got home with it, it had a total of 8 pepperonis for both halves of this calzone. It had barely any cheese, and no sauce. It was burnt, and didn't have the seasoning on the top of it like it is supposed to come with. I tried calling the store where I was talked to like trash and was told that the shift leader, Brian, would've ate it himself so he wasn't remaking it. I asked him "so you're not going to remake my food?" He said "no because there's nothing wrong with it, and you're making a habit of saying our service isn't good." (Note: I called down there one other time in the last 6 months because I ordered some wings from down there for almost $20 and when they were delivered to me, they were burnt black. Which they then refused my refund then.) I told Brian I wanted a refund, and he said he can't give me a refund. I asked him why he couldn't, being that he was a shift leader. He said "I could, but I'm not going to because there was nothing wrong with the food. If we can't please you then you need to take your service somewhere else." At this point, I'm angry because I'm stuck with a calzone, refusing to remake it, and I'm out of almost $11 for something that is inedible. He told me it was almost closing time and it didn't matter if he received the food back or not, that he was not giving me the refund. WORST service I have ever had from any place in the state.

We waited an hour and a half for the food and it was cold when delivered. Informed employees about the food but they said nothing.

We got a pizza delivery yesterday....the one extra large pepperoni and a medium all meat pizza. The pepperoni pizza....did not have cheese that covered the pizza....ans both pizza's has a very minute amount of sauce on them....mostly meat on the all meat....like i said hardly any sauce and no cheese. I think the worst part of both pizza's was the dough....they were not completely baked....very light crust and doughy tasting. It sure would be nice to get a refund....it was by far the worst pizza we have ever had! Our home number is 865-345-1139
