During my first visit to Vegas Steakhouse, I was impressed by the friendly service and the delicious food, particularly the perfectly cooked sirloin and flavorful salmon. Although the draught beer was flat, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu.

I tried out this new spot in Crossville and had a decent experience. The food was alright and the service was okay, but the prices were fair. The only downside was the flat beer I had. Despite that, the place seemed nice with friendly service and a good variety on the menu.

After waiting 45 minutes I asked how much longer and the poor cashier at the front desk was sorry and didn't know why the hostess erased our names we got seated after a 50 minute wait. I knew they were busy but seeing people get served and leaving when they got there 50 minutes after us was crazy. We all got fish and shrimp all frozen products very disappointed being a steak house items should be fresh and not frozen.

Charbroiled chicken was dry, half rack of ribs consisted of 4 very small ribs. the salad and appetizer was good. had about a 20 minute wait when there were several tables open. Waitress was nice and the atmosphere was nice.

Have eaten there many time while visiting Crossville, and have never been disappointed. Always good food
and great waitress. I think it is one of my favorite restaurant in Crossville, and when I am back in Crossville I
will definitely go back. Good food and great service.

Passing thru Crossville, we decided to try Vegas since we couldn't find one of the premiere seafood or steak houses in town. Our waitress was friendly, the atmosphere quite dank, and the steaks we ordered were tough. Even the rolls that were brought to our table were packaged rolls, and were so dry they crumbled. Salad was certainly nothing to brag about, either. It was obvious to us that their management cares little about the quality of the food. Needless to say, we won't be eating there anymore.

We have eaten at Vegas Steakhouse on two different occasions while in Crossville and have had very good experiences both times. The food is always very good and the service is friendly and timely. The prices are reasonable also for the quality of food that you receive. You will never leave hungry~!
