The person answering the phone here speaks little English. I asked for low salt and she said sauce is extra. I tried again and asked for little salt and she replied that red sauce is $1.50 extra. I gave up and drove over there to order in person so the order would be correct. First, you have to stand outside to order in the cold and a funky little window. Ring the bell and she eventually came. The first thing out of her mouth was "what you want?" I started to order and she didn't have a clue. Then she gets rude. First and last time visit. Not worth the effort. Plenty other food around.

called an tried to place an order and the lady that answered sounded like I woke her up I said is this Chef Chens? Then she said Chef Chen's how can I help you? I tried to tell her what I wanted she said HELLO.. I said it again she said I cant hear you.... i hung up forget it!

Always great food. We usually get egg rolls, veggie fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and won tons. Fast to deliver as well. Never been disappointed.

I ordered the triple delite , what I got was a to go plate with beef and broccoli , onions very small amount of chicken and 3 shrimp.1st. and last time.

I tried to be a first time customer the lady that answered the phone sucked her teeth when I she'd what kind if special's did she have and kept saying what do you want them she hung up I called back several times and she's would not pick up the phone to take my order wow.

I have been a loyal customer at chef Chen's for a long time never any mistakes always good fresh food today I ordered dinner as I do a lot when I'm at work got my dinner and there were at least 12 black hairs in it. This shocked me since its never happened before so I call to get it corrected and the guy on the phone and other workers found it funny were laughing no I'm sorry at all and took 45 mins to get replaced. You have just lost a very loyal customer I will never eat here again

The food is plentiful, lots of food for the good prices of their meals. I order from there quite frequently and have not had a bad experience. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The food was ok. I ordered beef fried rice and the rice was very soggy, my egg roll was burnt, save your money and get better food somewhere else.
