This PAST Friday night I placed an order online at 11:27.. I have a screen shot of it. I arrived at 12:01( bc there was county police on Beaver rd with someone pulled over) which caused me to have to wait until the traffic passed so I could go around.. making me ONE MINUTE late.. as I got out of my truck I heard a click( I thought they were UNLocking the door for me) NO THE GIRL LOCKED IT.. So I banged on the window to get someone's attention in the back part of store.. so o could pay for my food and leave. Nobody ever acknowledged my presents so I stood at the front window hoping someone may see me... THEN I see 3 police cars arriving... Asking me what the problem was.. I said "Sir, I didnt even know there was a problem I am just trying to pick up the order I placed at 11:27. But cant get anyone to come to the door" My wings should have been done by 11:47 Me having to wait on the police to go around making me 1 minute late should NOT be a Problem!! I work in the food service industry and as long as someone comes to get their order by the time everyone leaves.. We GLADLY OPEN the door and let them pay and get their food!! If my wings were ACTUALLY MADE... there shouldn't have been a problem with me paying for them and receiving them at 12:01.. But APPARENTLY THEY NEVER MADE THEM... AND WERE just gonna act closed whenever I got there... THIS IS ABSURD.. AND Nor to mention the25 minute drive and my gas... that I wasted.. just to have the police called for trying to pick up my order ONE MINUTE LATE!!! YOU should NEVER ALLOW A 18 to 21 yrs old child manage a business if they cant do the Appropriate and considerate ADULT thing and Let someone pick up their order if ONLY ON MINUTE late!!! I will NEVER order from pizza Hut again.. My corporate business uses them weekly... But AFTER THIS INCIDENT My Boss said they will NEVER USE them again NOR will I!! So I hope this child is such an irreplaceable employee.. for them to lose AT LEAST 100$ a week in sales from my company!! I must say this is the MOST INAPROPRIATE situation that I have ever seen or heard of!! Had she JUST DONE HER JOB .. and made the wings... IT WOULDN'T have been an issue for me to pay for and receive them at 12:01!! I sure hope Pizza Hut reconsiders their manager requirement process... Bc THIS INCIDENT. ...is just 100% BAD BUSINESS!!!

We had the best Pizza tonight, we had the bacon stuffed crust Pizza it was absolutely delicious. Also the staff at the Atoka Pizza Hut was exceptionally nice loved the service and our pizza!
