My family and I have been staying in the area for work and in a hotel near the restaurant; so we WERE frequent visitors to 287 Roadhouse. When I say frequent, I mean more than 3 times per week and an almost $100 tab each trip. First of all...we were treated so disrespectfully by the manager when we returned food because it was not as ordered and the chicken was GRAY!!! He shoved the plate in front of me and then when I refused to eat it... he made the poor waitress pay for my meal! HE IS RUDE!!! We left the waitress enough on her tip to pay for the meal, but ensured her to let the owners know that we will NEVER come back as long as they have that man managing their restaurant....the food is decent, but not worth dealing with him!

Ate there on my way to Sturgis 2 weeks ago. Tried the suggested seafood special "sea bass".
Horrible and not sea bass....maybe Tilapia. Flies everywhere.

Very disappointed in service. I ordered a side of chicken for my potato and charged 6.99 for the side. I asked our server about it, and she replied, "I thought it was a little steep too, but thats what my manager told me." I guess ripping off your customers is more important than return service.
