The food was delicious and served piping hot, and our server, Elly, provided exceptional service. It's a reliable option for those craving homestyle cooking, despite occasional missteps due to staffing issues. I've been a regular at this location for a few months now, enjoying the company of our favorite server, Catlyn, who always goes above and beyond.

My husband and I are sitting here at the Cotton Patch we arrived here around 8:40pm..(not very busy at all).our waitress(Ann) takes our order and asks me if I would like my salad before the meal..I said yes please! She leaves our table then stops at the booth behind us, where the manager is sitting along with two other girls..our waitress sits down at their table and starts talking with them..she hasn't turned our order in yet..she gets up about five minutes or so then comes out with our drinks and rolls..our drinks is not correct! She leaves our table then stops off back off at the booth..after 20 minutes or so she gets up and then she comes out with our order.(never brought me my salad) (never corrected our drinks) and of course we couldn't ask to speak to the manager about the situation because he's still in the booth talking and our waitress sits there too!!
I will never come to this Cotton PatchAgain!!
I will tell everyone that I know NOT to come here either!!
And for them to tell everyone they know too!
Bad management here and some of his staff!! I have to say there were other waitress and waiters cleaning and waiting on their tables!!
