This is now called "Elena's Cafe." It's the same owner, but she is updating the restaurant and adding a bar sometime soon. We eat here for breakfast all the time - and more and more, so does the rest of Liberty Hill. Even so, the service is still pretty fast and the breakfasts are very good. Have never had the lunches here.

If you like Mexican food at the right price. Atzimba's is the best. If you have special requirements they will fix to your specifications. My diabetic husband likes the three crispy beef tacos with no rice or beans. For breakfast he has eggs, sausage and one piece of wheat toast. I am not sure of the carb count, but he never has sugar spikes when we eat at Atzimba's
