Last week, we gave this little spot a shot after hearing it had reopened; the last time we tried to go, it was closed. I had the Fried Fish, which unfortunately didn't live up to the hype, but the fries, beans, and cole slaw were on point. Overall, it has a great vibe, and I can totally see why locals keep coming back for the homestyle meals and friendly service.

We have food from Lil Mamma's every day that she is open. We call ahead and the server brings our order to our truck so we don't have to climb the steps. No bad words about this place and the cook and server are super nice. Love it and them.

The best food in Jefferson! I always stop there when I have to take my mother to MD Anderson in Houston. You better get there early, They sell out of their plate special fast! Well worth making sure I get into Jefferson early enough to get a plate. They desserts are delicious!
