After purchasing a bag of seasoned Julio's chips, I discovered that the chips were all broken into tiny pieces. Upon contacting customer service, I spoke with Baneila who was incredibly kind and attentive. The company is currently investigating the issue and sent me a care package in the meantime, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. In my opinion, Julio's chips from Texas are the best corn chips I've ever tasted, especially when paired with Herdez Guacamole Salsa.
