i have never been to this bar but it looks nice and i wish they had a way for people to suggest bands to come there to play. there is a band called THE ULTIMATE DOORS band .they play music from THE DOORS and id love to see them perform at jim ann's but dont know how to ask them if there is a way or possibility of letting this band play there for fans to go see here in lufkin. if they did id spend my money at jim ann's for sure

This joint is the bees' knees for mingling with pals and meeting new faces - plenty of room to spread out and soak in the vibes. The bartenders? Oh boy, they're easy on the eyes and mix up a mean drink. The owner? Sweet as pie, and they don't stand for any hooliganism - gotta love that kind of atmosphere. I popped in as a newbie, but the crew there made me feel right at home. Karaoke night was a blast, with tunes belting out crystal clear. Swing by after 9 o'clock for when the real party starts - this local haunt is a gem!

Every time that I have been to this place the bartenders and the owners were so welcoming and courteous and friendly. We didn't know anyone and the owners invited us to sit with them at their table. It is always enjoyable to go there. I am definitely going back. I recommend this place.

Great place! Fun energetic bartenders! Always a smile on their faces. Live bands every Saturday night and a nice size dance floor. It has a really big outdoor area if you like to be outdoors. Patrons are the best, people come and have a great time with friends. Never meet a stranger here, everyone is so very friendly.
