08/06/2023 - 2 1/2 hours & no food
2 and 1/2 hours and we left with no dinner! We arrived at 5:30 and put our name on the list for 5 guests. We were supposedly number 9 on the list. The people at the door told us the wait would be about 5 minutes. No problem. We went to a bar area to have a drink. Our cocktail waitress, Phili, was wonderful. We sat and sat and sat. After an hour, Phili went to check what the problem was. She went back 2 more times to talk to the manager, Allen. He said they were cleaning our table. The group of 8 who had been sitting near us for an hour for drinks were called to their table and said they were going to say something about our not having a table. After 15 more minutes and waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes total, 2 of our party left. After we had been there 1 hour 55 minutes, we were called to be seated. I told the host (who had a name tag that said Allen so I'm assuming he was the manager ) that 2 of our party had left after waiting almost 2 hours so we only needed a table for 3 now. His response was "Ok. Fine." He offered no explanation or apology or anything. We ordered our meal and watched Allen stroll through the dining area. After sitting for 30 minutes with water and waiting for food to be delivered, we left with empty stomachs and a very bad impression of this restaurant. We own a home in Rockport and will NEVER return. We also will make sure that everyone we talk to knows not to frequent this restaurant.

I love it so good food fish are so delicious 😋 good service my dream restaurant it was exactly what I wanted 😋

We came for our anniversary dinner - excited for the ambiance and food.
We called ahead and was told at the door that there would be an half hour to forty five min wait . We went wait on the back patio - and we watched as 2 to 3 big parties who came in after us we're seated before us. My husband asked about our table after an hour wait and we were told that they were cleaning our table. 20 min pass.. my husband is a diabetic and we had to get to a table to eat soon. Finally we spoke to a manager .. she said weekends are " really busy " and we told her we were told our table was getting cleaned 20 min ago. - that waitress said " OH you guys were taken off the list !"
What what !?! Ok. Why were taken off I don't know why..
but it's the weekend and they are " really busy " so I guess that's ok.
Thanks for making our anniversary special :/
