I have always ordered meals from this place and they have been great. My experience last week was not so good. The original cooks were not there, they were training a young man and he had stacks of food to bag. I knew then that my order might not be right. The food was not as good either. Hardly no sauce at all to give it flavor and the rice was hard like it had not been cooked. I always get five meals and get another one free. The first meal I ordered was not in my order when I got home. I sent an email to them and I still have not heard anything. I tried calling and noone picks up the phone.

I believe the food is great, I been to Japan, and I would eat at these places we’re the food was authentic. Okinawa I would venture to these places, they were tucked in, almost hidden, but there was no denying that the recipes were incomparable to the franchise of Japanese foods.
It had seem that restaurants were just putting plates that resemble Japanese cuisines but the taste was just not there.
But Sarku reminds me of those days, It is as close to those places. It’s refreshing.

The cons
I was confused about the club card, it says get five stamps and sixth one is free.
Today I showed them my five stamps and she makes me buy the 6th and gave me one free.
I told her what am I suppose to do with two? She said that is what the cards says. I am confuse because I read and read and it says free last one.
But other than that it’s great
