Completely unorganized Brand. I ordered a full meal with wings, tenders and fries. Fries did not come. I called customer service and after 20 minutes and having to speak with a supervisor they won't send the missing fries, and there is no turnaround time to solve this. I just have to wait. There is no quality control in this place and definitely no customer service. Also when I called 877-411-WING they asked me to call and resolve directly with the location, after waiting 20min on the main customer service line!! RIDICULOUS!!! (Also the supervisor hanged up on me. Call made 8:50 at May 13 2020.
