I have been ordering from Domino's Pizza once a week. I always order the thin crust.

If I could do a 0 star review based upon the rude and totally disrespectful response I received from the Assistant Manager taking in the orders tonight (at the Canton, Texas location)...I totally would!!!
I called in a delivery tonight and even though Dominoes has delivered to us many times (from this location), our address wasn't in their system. Based upon their system being down recently on drive up orders, I assume that this may have had something to do with a recent system upgrade, which most likely wiped out previous delivery information. Also, we live in a rural area and not all addresses can be located in GPS.
The Assistant Manager taking the order, who stated her title many times, said that she would not deliver to our location, until she contacted her GM on how to handle the situation. I asked "Do you have an estimate of about how long thing may take"? (At this point it's late on a Friday night). She responded "I will not have you make a demand on how long it might take might food". At that point in the conversation, it was my goal to get off the phone with her before I said something "unbecoming", so I hung up.
Apparently, she immediately contacted her GM (to cover her butt) and alerted her staff, because when I called back for pick-up vs. delivery, I was transferred to her and was refused service because I was rude for hanging up on her.
I truly hope that this will end up in a "training moment" for the staff at this Franchise, and not a termination event. That just depends on how the GM handles this review, and the overall attitude of the Assistant Manager.
