After ordering $50 of barbecue I only arrived home to find that I was shorted two corn cobs and two of the wrong side dishes. In addition when I arrived to place my order with A female owner, she didn't make eye contact acted like I was bothering her and need some customer service lessons. When I did go back the following day to straighten out and replace the sides that I did not get the day before, I again was treated like a bother to her and then she wanted to argue about what I got what I did not get and this is in front of a couple of customers behind me. Did not thank me for my patience and understanding or apologize for the mistakes on my order. I then shared that my family owned the property next to their place for 50 her mother and father and my father and her grandfather were best friends for over 30 years. Fond memories of Tom and Louise Hutchinson growing up as a child.
All she said was yeah Tom Hutchison was my grandfather. I also mentioned lastly it was my second visit and was left standing behind 2 men at the outside trailer at lunchtime assuming they were at the window waiting on an order. I stood there far too long, when I asked if they were in line to pick up, or place an order. One of the turned around after seeing me pull into their dusty lot, get my dog out on leash to stand there for 10 minutes ignoring me. So when I finally interrupted them and asked the question about picking up an order for Place and one he looked at me up and down and said oh we're close we been sold out of our barbecue two hours ago"¦.
Are you know for someone I gave a second chance to and tried to make a personal connection with those are the two most uppity people I have ever met and should be thankful while they have customers to keep that damn place open. Boycott grants barbecue

Very friendly people, the food is fantastic, cheap for todays prices, best BBQ in NE Texas AND SE Oklahoma!
SO glad we discovered Grants BBQ!
When you see a crowd with a long line, you know its gonna be good! Ladies are so great!
