There is a unique Mexican restaurant in Big Spring that stands out from the rest with its Western style twist. The food at Chupacabra is truly awesome and my go-to menu item is the carne asada tacos. However, I would recommend avoiding the quesadilla as it seemed to have been simply reheated in the microwave, which was disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. The cozy atmosphere and genuine service, akin to having a friendly Abuela serving you, make this place a must-visit for authentic Tex-Mex cuisine.

The food here is amazing. It is about as close to authentic Mexican food as you are going to get unless you make it yourself. The owners are the sweetest sincere people. They treat you like family and make sure you don't go away hungry.

We found this place over a year ago. Evita is the sweetest lady. All the food on menu is delicious. It's great for family meals. Great service Tom calls food South America food not Tex mix.
