First time visiting( which I told them), a good impression was not in their best interest. Ordered a salad and pastors at the speaker got to the window sat there for a good ten minutes. No greeting, no I'm sorry for your wait but your food would be on the way in such and such minutes, nothing. Flies on the inside of the window indicating something nasty in there and the guy handling my food was not wearing a mask but I still gave them a chance. Get my salad and pastors and leave, something told me to check my food before I left, I didn't. I open the salad and see molded tomatoes and a lemons lime that has already been squeezed. My pastors was cold.
Tips from a manager of a restaurant: If you are going to make someone wait for ten or more minutes make sure their food is hot and of quality. Make the first impression the best impression. Don't give me the food before I pay. Throw away outdated food and use time stamps. I'll never go back again.
