I made an online order so I would NOT have to wait in line. This is the point in an online order to NOT wait in line, to grab and go. So I go straight to the window to pick up my order, like anybody else would. When I get to the window I am greeted by a very rude employee, Citlally. She proceeded to demand I "next time wait in the line and tell us at the intercom you're picking up an order, so we can have it ready" why would I wait in a long line and tell u I'm picking up an order then proceed to drive right up to the window. Those extra 3 seconds at the intercom gives you time to get it ready? It should already be ready, you just grab it and give it to me. But instead of doing that Citlally proceeds to roll her eyes at me, talk over me, and close the window on me multiple times. Food Is good but employees are very rude, and intellectual.

We have always enjoyed eating here. The drive thru always gets our orders correct and the employees are always friendly. We give it 5 stars

This is one of the WORST locations. Every single time I have gone here the they mess up the order. Today, I went through the drive through at 4:30. They were not busy. The young girl working the window was rude. When I asked for forks she rolled her eyes and said they were in the bag. I get home and there are no forks, no soy sauce and one plate was completely missing an entree. The plate that has the entree only had THREE pieces of orange chicken. Seriously??????!!!!They dont answer their phone either.Avoid this location at all costs.
