We had the brisket and sausage with 2 sides each. The brisket was horrible! So salty and tough. The sausage was fair. I wouldn't go back again. To many other better places in Texas for bbq.

Roosters BBQ is the Best in Texas. Best brisket you'll ever eat. Great taste. Jalapeño sausage is so good. Their quesadillas are awesome. Then top it off with the BEST desserts!

This is the worst bar b q I have ever ate. Way overpriced. Very dry. Meat, and cold
