Dear Management of Landshark Bar,

The manager "Natalie" at Landmark Bar and Grill needs to check her tone when speaking with customers.
You don't talk to SOBER/paying customers like they are children and should know the emoloyee playbook of seating arrangements.

We were a table top of 10 PAYING customers. It took one drink and we were closing out after being scolded for switching tables to an empty table with working fans. (Ours was broken...and we informed out waiter that we were moving)

She came out and disciplined us (very rudely and lou) for not going to the hostess stand and telling them prior to moving. I'm pretty sure that is not OUR job! 🤷"â™€ï¸

Don't take your personal issues out on your customers... thats how you taint customers from ever wanting to come back.

What a terrible first and last experience.

Its really sad because we were all so excited to come and check the place out.
