Terrible customer service! We had a business lunch there and one of our guest ordered a Jumbo shrimp po'boy and we received a fish sandwich. We were on a time crunch so our guest decided to just eat the fish sandwich. As we were about to leave I simply brought it to the cashier's attention that took our order. I was not looking to get anything free but when he looked back at our receipt it clearly said jumbo shrimp po'boy. The cashier went back to the kitchen and some rude cook came up front and said it was not fish it was shrimp. I told him that I can clearly tell the difference between shrimp and fish. He said "no it was shrimp". The cashier went back to the kitchen after the cook walked off and came back and said he was not going to make another sandwich. At that point I told him to give me my money back because he was so rude and I informed him we would be taking our money and business elsewhere. I'm a teacher near by and we would order lunch as a large group from time to time but we will NEVER order again. Terrible customer service!!
