GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE

I went to big als and put an order in for fries then a I ordered the briskit plate which comes with fries. Most waitresses know I want just the plate and not two sets of fires. She brazenly ordered two sets with out asking me what I wanted. The only time The bartender spoke with me was to be rude and hateful and demand I spend 24 dollars on an order I didn't want. The to go box cost a dollar more. When I said I did not order two fries and didn't want to pay for a to go box she said that's the rule of big Al. The bartender was rude, brutal and uncivilized. The fries were so greasy they made me feel sick. I can't believe what a horrible place

Great breakfast , friendly staff and timely service..- Good old fashioned pancakes and coffee was great!
My husband and I recently moved to Red Oak. We tried B&G one Saturday for breakfast and we were not disappointed. We'll be back to try lunch/dinner.
