great food

This place used to be one of the best and my favorite places. Food quality was lower than previously. Veg entrí©e tastes different all the time and is too oily. Another issue is that the location seating arrangement is awful, and it's like we are sitting inside the oven ☹. The owner needs to work on improving/maintaining a slightly lower restaurant temperature. While eating, we are sweating as well. It's not due to food. It's no AC. When we asked to increase the AC, we were informed it was due to the direct sun coming in the evening and heat from the tandoor and sizzler. The owner needs to buy a few portable AC and keep the temperature down so the outside glass can be tinted so it's better for the customer. I figure out they have to go customer volume more so they do not worry about customers visiting the restaurant for Dinner. At least, but a few ACs, please. Sorry for this review, but food and seating arrangements require lots of attention to detail. I am so sad to say good buy to SAWAII ☹. I hope you will have some improvement on these points.

Not for me, based on my personal experience.
"¢ Rating is 1 star.
"¢ Food is expensive based on quality.
"¢ Rice was served out of the refrigerator. I had to ask the waiter to warm it up in the microwave.
"¢ Only 1 other customer in the restaurant for lunch time"¦. That tells you something.
"¢ NAAN was extra, most Indian restaurants would serve it for free with a meal.
"¢ Table was greasy, dirty.
"¢ Indian restaurants are popping up all over North Dallas area. IT people think they can open an Indian restaurant and become successful overnight. Very wrong.
"¢ Name of the restaurant changed at least 2 times in the last 24 months.
"¢ I hope you try it and share your own experience.
