The individual at the front counter taking the orders over the phone has messed up twice me and the guys I work with order. Once last week and now this week. I specifically told him 3 separate orders 3 separate tickets. He then said at the end of the phone conversation that he did not in fact have 3 separate orders but had all orders under one ticket. At the beginning of the phone call order I told him 3 separate orders. We go to the one and only burger every Wednesday for work lunch break. We call ahead to have our food ready before we get there because we are under a time constraint for our lunch break. Front counter guy needs to be trained on how to take orders correctly and always understand that the customer is always right and should find a resolution on how to fix the problem he created.
