Kaitlyn at the bar was awesome.
Felt like home. Food was great, and drinks were on point.

Arrived at Proof and Cooper at 7:10 pm with party of 7 adults and 4 kids and told wait was only 30 minutes. After 30 minutes and several parties of 8 going ahead of us we were told without apology it was going to be another 10 minutes. Long story short 30 minute wait turned into an hour wait. Dinner service was just as slow. We literally finished at 9:30 with staff already putting chairs up for closing for the night. 2 and 1/2 hours for dinner. There was no shortage of staff so that cannot be an excuse. In fact the check-in desk had 3 people working it alone. Unfortunately there are few choices for dinner in Johnson City. We would highly recommend Bryans on 290 rather than Proof and Cooper. P&F just does not put customer service on its list of priorities.
