Good place to eat

Bad service. No came to take our order until we hunted someone down after waiting . They waiter got our order wrong. Husband needed ketchup for his fries, he asked the same waiter for ketchup. The guy goes to the kitchen and instead of getting ketchup he gets a plate and starts eating right behind the counter where the food is waiting and ready to be taken to the table. I had to get up and go get it. Then he refuses to check on us to see if we need refills. I had to go get our ticket to pay. My daughter asked for a song request. They played it half way then the guy came and said they would replay it. After about 5 songs they still never finished playing the song. Then they asked who else wanted to play a song. Service was so bad, we left no tip. Here is my tip - don't promise something and dont come through like the ketchup or the song. If you don't feel like playing the song. I would rather you tell me you don't want to play it than tell my daughter you would. It would save us all the trouble. We left disgusted at the service. No apologies.

food is really good. info out of date, they do take credit cards and they do serve beer.
