The food was good but the service was awful. We came in a couple days ago and waited for over 30 minutes for our waiter and ended up leaving as nobody came after we were seated. My daughter and I decided to give them another chance as things happen but we got the same service. We didn't leave as we had a newborn and we had started feeding her already. We waited for about 30 minutes before anyone came to the table to take our order. After receiving our order we didn't see our waitress at our table until it was time to pay. We needed refills on our drinks as well. We finished eating and again waited as our waitress was in the back most of the time. She came out to another table a few times and then went right back to the back without even looking at us. I'm not sure what is going on but this is such a great way to lose a lot of business. We won't be going back.

I have been here a total of 4 times now with large groups and so far every dish was enjoyed with many compliments! Great the Bandera now has a really good steakhouse. Try the grilled catfish and get the brussell sprouts!! Yum
