Where to start. Figured quick trip thru drive thru two cars ahead of me and took 30 minutes to get to window! The girl at the window started handing me my order when I told her I had not paid for it yet. I asked for the total and she told me. I told her it did not sound right and if she could repeat my order. She said well I have not added the bottle of water to the order. I told her I only wanted to pay once. She tells me she did not add it to the order cause she has to go upfront to get the bottle of water. Seeing as this was not going to end well I asked for the manager. She tells me she is the manager and her name is Annalise Ashley. Worst Customer service award for her and the coffee was awful!
