I am from AL. My daughter and son-in-law took me to Schulze's in June 2023 while I was visiting Texas. Right as I walked in the door I noticed the interior. It is so cute. Then the food all looks so delicious it is hard to make a decision. The food was WONDERFUL. It was my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren there is something for everyone on the menu. Don't forget to get a dessert cup they are also good. We all got something and sampled a bite from each other. We also did that with the main course. They also give you very huge helpings you will not leave hungry nor disappointed.
Before I left TX at the end of July we went back. My daughter and son-in-law will go back more often they live in SanAntonio.

The areas best BBQ hands down. And that is saying a lot considering where you are in this great state of Texas. True quintessential Texas BBQ at its very best. Everything from the flavor profile of the food to the atmosphere of the location screams that Schulze's Pit Room will be a local tradition for many years to come.

Nice place . People are nice. Ribs and brisket way too much smoke, ribs over cooked. Best thing was the baked potato salad . Wish y'all great luck but I will not return or recommend.
