I want to share about Joe's original sandwich with ham, salami, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard - hold the mayo. The homemade chips are a must-try, and although there might be a wait for your food, enjoy a drink on the outside patio with a friend - it's worth it. The service is fantastic, the food is amazing, and the portion sizes are generous. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious menu options make Joe's a top lunch spot in Wilson County. Give it a try if you're passing through La Vernia, TX, for a satisfying meal experience that won't disappoint.

you can’t call me a foodie, but I’ll tell you what I’ve tried a lot of food around the world a lot of places in an out of cities and different states and countries and Buffalo Joe’s have the best burgers I’ve tasted every time I think I’m going to taste a new burger or sandwich someplace else and it’s going to be amazing. It seems to let me down and I bounce right back to Buffalo Joe’s. Thank you so much and Christian is always pleasant to see big smiles. Bring good people in

Buffalo Joe’s is DELICIOUS! My go-to is the Cali Turkey on the jalepeno bun and I get home chips (homemade and sooo good). Friendly staff and always a 10/10
