My husband and I have enjoyed the food and service at Amigo Juans New Boston since it opened. We always got excellant service and the food was great. Today my brother and I went to eat there and was so disappointed in both. We were the only customers there besides two ladies in the next booth. I ordered the C3 which is the chili rellenos and 1 cheese enchillada and one beef taco. I also asked for the charro beans instead of the refried beans. He ordered the Monterey Chicken and wanted the peppers and onions which were extra. When our food was brought out I got 1 chili rellenos and refried beans and rice. He got the chicken but no peppers and onions. when we told her our orders were wrong she claimed they were right and we didn't order what we did. and the C3 was a chili rellenos only. Ok we weren't going to argue with her and kept what she brought. While we were eating our meal she did not come over one time to see if we needed anything. When we ran out of chips and salsa he went looking for her and she was over by the register in a corner playing on her phone. he asked her to get us more and she did but wasn't happy about it. both our drinks were empty and she never offered to get us more or anything. When we paid our ticket she was back in the corner on her phone again and never acknowledged us in any way. Another girl took our payment. I left the lazy waitress a tip which she did not deserve. We will go back but will not have her as a waitress again. Thank you.

The food here is consistently delicious with generous portions that always leave me satisfied. The service is efficient and friendly, making it a great spot to stop in for a meal. I appreciate the variety of menu options available and the overall enjoyable dining experience.

Chips are terrible because they almost burn the chip up in evenings every time we went.

Texas has just allowed restaurants to reopen. It is my understanding that they were required to follow social distancing and reduced capacity. We were at New Boston Amigo Juan on Monday and they are not following either of these requirements. Very disappointed and concerned.
