Pizza is good but the appointment/ordering process isn't customer friendly. Got there at 12:00 and tried to order a pizza. We were told it would be a two hour wait before they could cook our order. No customers waiting, no customers picking up, no one else trying to order. What's the story? Pushing away customers for what purpose? I think they have gotten a little ahead of themselves on this. If you want a pizza then make a "reservation". Otherwise, you will be waiting for a while wondering why they couldn't go ahead and make the pizza.

Went to lunch on 07/02/21...the place was not busy...two peopl behind the window would not recognize the elderly couple ahead of me in line after the followed directions and rang the stupid bell twice. The employees looked at them but would not respond. They were nice people...we talked...laughed about the situation and decided we'd eat elsewhere. $16 for what is really a medium pizza (it's good but it's a pizza) and a "we're doing you a favor if we take your order" attitude...they can keep it.

Who knew the best pizza could be found in Comfort, Tx? We shared the cheese pizza and it was phenomenal. Great service, super friendly staff and the owner was on site manning the wood fire oven.

BYOB is genius too.

You have to reserve your dough bc they do sell out. This is posted on their website and social media, don't be left out bc they are that popular (and no you don't have to do it 3 days in advance according to negative Nancy).
Will definitely be back again!!

We visit comfort occasionally. On past visits, we have really enjoyed our pizza and service at Comfort Pizza. We have sung their praises and insisted on others eating there. We were so looking forward to our meal there today but was TURNED AWAY because we had not reserved our dough three days in advanced. It was Saturday at 4:30pm. What?!?! I have yet to find this information on any of the normal 'visitor' information page on the internet. I gather that they are not in the market to service visitors of their cute little town. Sad 😢

I am new to Comfort and I enjoyed my first experience. This is one delicious pizza. The unique selection I ordered was the Angry Samoan.....xtra Angry. This is a topping combination I had never seen before. Genius!! It was so flavorful. Great service and good food.

We have eaten pizza in most states and big cities in America. This is possibly the most tasteless and unsatisfying pizza we have ever eaten. No sourdough taste, bland toppings. A flour tortilla is thicker than this crust and 100 percent more flavor. Will not ever eat this pizza again. One time is a lasting memory.

Wood fired to perfection. Authentic hand tossed pizza just 1 mile from interstate. Cute outdoor dining area. Salad was fresh and they didn't skimp on artichoke hearts kalamatas etc. What a find.
