Horrible experience, way overpriced food and very low quality ingredients. The fish is all swai not real seafood. Shrimp were spoiled. Never again

This was my husband and my first time at this restaurant. We were first greeted by a friendly young lady who sat us downstairs so we could be closer to the water. The food was just amazing. We had the fried calamari for appetizer, the fish and shrimp basket, and the pecan crusted flounder. The portion sizes were great for the price. We felt bad for our server ( I don't remember her name but had long dark hair and tattoos) who was very attentive, polite and professional because she had to deal with a very rude, angry older blonde lady with a tank top on that she was working with. We could hear almost everything she was telling our server, and she was complaining that she didn't like working on Saturdays because of the type of people that come in and that they all leave horrible tips and she wanted to work by herself and didn't need our server there. If it wasn't for our server, we would have left. No one wants to hear someone complain about their customers or how horrible their tips are. Here's a hint for the older blonde lady, get another job in a different industry because nobody wants to hear your negativity.

Un amigo nos lo recomendó pero se equivocó
Toda la fmla salimos DECEPCIONADOS y molestos
Primero tuvimos q esperar por una mesa mí¡s de UNA HORA uego al fin nos ubicaron en una í¡rea donde hacía un frío terrible esperamos UNA HORA Y MEDIA para q nos traigan el pedido y este NUNCA LLEGí“!!!
La explicación de la mesera y de la administradora fuí© q el COCINERO era un FLOJO Y JUGUETí“N y q simplemente no hizo el pedido
Frustradas de haber perdido tanto tiempo en esperar nos RETIRAMOS y encima nos cobraron CARíSIMOS por unos aperitivos y bebidas.
NO LE RECOMIENDO A NADIE

If you like really, really expensive tilapia and swai, this is your place....It used to be good...now it isn't...There is too much good food around to waste time here.

This place is awesome. There's a great view of the harbor; boats and birds galore. The food is hot, delicious and reasonably priced. We come here often and will be back soon.

Love their Gumbo! Shrimp are always fresh and delicious. Bloody Mary's are awesome! When I have out of town guests this is where I take them first!

have loved Mickys for years! I seen where the owner on TV and thought I'm gonna go take my Mom and Sister there.
Unfortunately I will not go back...
Tonight my family was treated so nasty by what I'm guessing was management.
My husband's steak came out well done, when he ordered it med rare. He just couldn't eat it, cause it was dry. So he just kept the salad. I mean 1 cup of salad. The waiter took the whole plate back.
Then at the end we were charged $9.95 for a salad that fit in a small coffee cup. Note a side salad is $4.95 on the menu.
I took the receipt to the bar to talk to a manager and was told loudly you were charged for what you ate. Which was only a salad!! Horrible management skills.
The guy with a beard said you ate the salad and side of green beans. We never got to even try the green beans.
Then a short older guy, think (Roger a waiter said) said I quote "Let me do you a favor, I'll take ur ticket and yall never come back" As you see in the picture he was in my face.
I asked him if he was the manager and he said he was one of them. He snached the ticket out of my hand and said Said he had cameras and was gonna post our pictures up on the wall. Note This bald short manager was drinking alcohol with a lady and man at the bar. Then the blonde lady started yelling at us to leave.
Never again.....I feel bad for the owner Randy, he struggles to have staff. Soon he will be struggling to have a business if he keeps staff like that.
