The restaurant is always bustling but not overwhelming, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly servers who make sure you're well taken care of. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, from grilled shrimp tacos to fajita chicken quesadillas, all served in generous portions. The staff pay attention to detail, ensuring the tables are clean, the food is flavorful, and the overall experience is enjoyable - definitely a spot worth returning to.

Just stayed there today. Had a question about my bill and the lady who runs the cash register. I guess she's the host or the manager the owner or whatever came up and told me to don't yell at her but she's going to explain it to me I wasn't yelling at anybody else. I have the right to question my bill, which then put an extra 399 charge on it was wrong so they took it off but then she said oh we need to charge you extra for the vegetables and extra for the Charro beans which we were never told were at an extra price she said it was on the menu but if you've ever been in Hacienda, you have to have glasses and it's very dark. You cannot even see them in your mind I couldn't even see what was on the menu and I told our server that very disappointed will never eat there again. I hope we quit eating there years ago because of the same situation and we thought we'd give it a couple neither tries and we're done.
