We decided to grab some burgers for a quick meal while traveling. I ordered the green Chile burger with onion rings, and while the onion rings were tasty, the burger fell short with American cheese instead of pepper Jack and mild green chilies. Overall, the food was good but be prepared for a wait, and the fajitas and chicken salad were highlights worth trying. The back patio offers a lovely view for enjoying lunch or dinner, and the place has a charming local vibe that's a welcome stop in the Texas panhandle.

Was in Shamrock do do some work it hot. Late so l ate at mesquite.canyon steakhouse.and had the most tender chicken fried steak I've ever eaten. Great... the owners were very cool laid back.just good people and staff were very hbo helpful. Would recommend this establishment to all travelers.
