The hotel's interior was underwhelming with dated hallways and malfunctioning room keys, and a lack of silverware in the rooms. However, the exceptional service more than made up for these shortcomings, surpassing my experiences at other luxury hotels. Despite some initial issues with food from the restaurant, the assistant general manager provided excellent assistance and was understanding and pleasant to interact with. Overall, I would suggest considering a stay at this hotel due to the outstanding service and accommodating staff, even though some improvements may be needed in the interior design.
