Very disappointed. I ordered a thin crust large super supreme and paid more money to get the extra meat. Well I made a big mistake. I was in a big hurry and didn't ck it when I picked it up. There was hardly anything on this pizza at a $22 dollar RIP-OFF! The DIGiorno pizza down the street at the dollar store for $7 has three times the ingredients on it! This is supposed to be a pizza shop , what's going on Jesse? I've watched your place get worse and worse as time goes on but this was it. I'm done. You're just ripping people off.

On Friday 11/20/2020 my husband and I had a terribly humiliating experience. At around 6:15 PM he ordered a pizza for delivery over the phone and was told it would be delivered in 1 to 1-1/2 hours, which was unacceptable, as I was needing to take my prednisone with food, as I was recovering from major surgery. So he told the young gal on the phone that he would pick it up and she said it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. After 15 minutes he left our house in Fritch and drove up to the window. The 1st young man to come to the window didn't have a clue and got a 2nd young man to come to the window. My husband realized the girl that took the order never asked his name, after he told her he would pick it up instead. When he gave his address to the 2nd young man at the window, checked with someone else and found it was out for delivery. After going home and waiting more than an hour, my husband decided to fix us chinese food. It has been 2-1/2 hours how and still no delivery or any word from Jesse's. My husband could have called in an order to Little Caesars in Borger and driven there and back in a lot less time. It seems in the evenings, there are only teenagers working there that don't seem to realize the importance of good customer service. We have ordered Jesse's pizza several times in the past few years and have had a few issues with food quality and getting the order right. Also my husband was alarmed by the fact that everyone who came to the window was not wearing a mask! I have Lupus and we try to be careful in going into businesses whose employees do not wear masks. ANYWAY, THIS INCIDENT IS THE LAST STRAW!! From how on my husband will drive to Borger for pizza. We would give this business zero stars if we only could.
