This review is strictly about manager Shane Duke. Papa John's offers a discount to all Forney ISD teachers which has never been an issue until today. Shane refused to include the discount and stated that "it's not a thing". I showed him the offer straight from the forney ISD website and again he stated that "he wrote the discount and that is not how it is". I was at a loss with him at this point as how he could continue insisting that the discount offer is not real. On top of this during the entire interaction from entering the store to leaving Shane never had his mask on which I'm sure Papa Johns has a PPE policy in place for all employees. He wore his mask under his chin during the entire interaction. This location should be disappointed to have Shane Duke represent them as the voice of their store. If Papa Johns responds appropriately I will remove/update this review as I have never had an issue at this location or with any other employee.
