I love this place. The chicken fried steak is so tender. Fried chicken excellent. Their stew is fantastic. Everything is very good.

Good food, both buffet and menu. I live in Dallas and I look forward to stopping every time I am going that way. The waitstaff is awesome, very accommodating

Our First and Only time to go! Service NONE!! When you have children you Need napkins, ooohh waitress!?! She was never there to get any from. We Ordered from the menu instead of the buffet. Never offered to REFILL drinks. I was nearly to the soda fountain to refill our drinks when the waitress covered in "Bling" decided to appear. She took the two cups I had and refilled them and then gave them to us and Walked OFF. When we still had 3 glasses needing refills. Our 7 year old daughter took ONE bite of her Pizza, which was full of anisen seeds and Uneatable. If the waitress had came by at any point to check on us I could have asked for another item for our daughter. Instead we shared our food with her. The only good part of the meal was the Onion Rings.

As far as the restaurant its self Sticky table, Stained beyond belief Sticky chairs. First Impressions were to leave We should have. When the ticket came there were no drinks charged on it. At check out she added the drinks. OK that was fine but, We were charged Adult Price for child's drinks. 2 adults, 3 children. When I asked why waitress responded your children had adult size cups. Sharp and rude. So if you get the unfriendly, not helpful "Bling" covered waitress set elsewhere. Unless you are like us and that is the only waitress in the place. She will not see to your needs nor your family. I usually tip $10.00 to $20.00 depending on how well my children are attended to and if our drinks stay refilled, napkins supplied. However in this case $2.00 tip and I did not want to leave that. In fact I should have not even left that.

Good service means good tips. I believe in tipping good because I know what a hard job this can be. I respect the position. It is not easy serving others. I was not happy and will not go back. Service non-existent. Case Closed!
