Driving past this unassuming spot felt like a missed opportunity, but stepping inside revealed an authentic atmosphere filled with mouthwatering aromas. The brisket melted in my mouth, and the friendly service from Brenda and her team made this hidden treasure a must-visit on my travels through West Texas.
