Caro's in Rio Grande City is a fantastic dining experience that I can't wait to revisit. The puffy tacos and enchiladas are absolutely delicious, and the service is warm and welcoming, making it a memorable meal every time.

Best Mexican Food in South Texas! Every time I visit my mother we make it a point to eat there, I've even taken friends from out of town and they love eating at Caro's. Great food, very friendly staff!
