The service was a bit slow, but the food turned out to be good. The front man was pleasant, and the cook seemed okay despite not looking too happy. I'm an 84-year-old disabled woman who craves fish, so I ordered the largest family meal available, priced at $38.99 with tax. The service I received was amazing - prompt, friendly, and attentive, making the experience enjoyable.

The service is great, clean , and helpful. But But the woman that owes this one in
New Boston ,Tx . Refuses to up date the cost, so if it is posted at $3.49 you are going to be charged $3.99 . The staff is not permitted to sale it to you at the posted cost . This is not right . Don't let her get by doing this !!

Ate Catfish king last night (4-16-2021) carry out drive thru never got all of my order when I called to complain the girl acted like I did something wrong GET IT TOGETHER CATFISH KING I spend a lot of money there can ya'll please get just one dam order RIGHT!!

11/21/2018 visited CFK in New Boston,TX for the 50th time . Bad customer service from the "new manger" over a $1.99 soda. They came to our table over their error and I just decline to ever eat there again. Other customers were enjoying the amusement this caused. I think it was bad,bad and yes petty customer service.

A great place to eat for the dollar. Great salad bar! The pinto beans are great. The fish is not that big but good. A person can make a meal out on the salad bar.
