The ribeye I ordered was well-seasoned and cooked precisely to my liking, though I was disappointed to find that a substantial portion was unappetizing due to fat. The ambiance exuded a cozy, traditional steakhouse vibe, and the attentive staff made the dining experience enjoyable despite the steak's shortcomings. Overall, the quick service, delicious sides like the garlic mashed potatoes, and a welcoming atmosphere left me eager to return, hoping for a more satisfying steak next time.

The service was horrible we waited an hour to sit down another hour to get our food the waitress was complaining about other patrons to other patrons the waitress we left the cash for the tip and she wrote herself she she forged a tip on the check with the credit card so she got double tip so that's fraud it's the worst restaurant I've ever been to that is horrible nobody should go there it is ridiculous the food we had to send the food back three times it came back cold it came back raw there was no bread it was ridiculous and and listening to the waitress complain and complain and complain to other customers about customers the waitress that we had that committed fraud on our check his name is Lucy horrible horrible waitress

03/01/2017 - We are staying at the Whitten Inn, ordered a Greek Salad with grilled shrimp, got the salad and no shrimp! It took forever to get the shrimp! My boyfriend ordered a house salad and he requested no tomatoes because he's allergic! He was served tomatoes! He also had chopped steak medium well with mashed potatoes and it came well done! We were told by our waitress that they ran out of rolls! I guess it was 5 seconds later, another waitress brings rolls with butter over! I would say the customer service is extremely lacking! I really enjoyed my salad when I finally got my shrimp! My boyfriend did not enjoy his meal! We are truck drivers so we enjoy really good customer service and great food!
