Always have slow service. Rough time getting seated even with COVID. Food repeatedly comes out lukewarm

25 February 2020 - From start to finish a horrible experience. Lied to, overcharged, unclean, poor service, disparaging comments to the ladies in the group - particularly from Willo (William) and his cousin. One saving grace - the view - but it did not come close to overcoming the disastrous visit.
