The burgers here are some of the best I've had, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. I always add jalapeños for an extra kick, and the homemade fries and onion rings are a great side. It's take-out only, but the outdoor picnic tables make for a nice vibe, and I can't wait to try a shake next time!

They have forgotten to put whole order in bag and have had to come back multiple times to pick remainder up, ALSO they take phone off the hook when busy. We actually went by and sure enough, they had taken the phone off the hook!! wow!!! horrible customer service.

The prices are steep! think the buns could not be as greasy as they are. I am not a happy customer.

Very poor customer service esp conserving repeat and loyal customers . I've been going to this establishment 1-2xwk with no negative experience until this dat 9/1214. Repetitive customer service s how you build a a cud tempter service base of business.
Told I was to u would have to wait 45 min for my order. This is uncalled for, esp for your repeat cumstomers.. If you have a large order placed for S&W, u sure the hell don't disrespect your loyal customers. I will no longer recommend this restaurant, and will no longer be a loyal customer
