Consistently delicious food from a local establishment, with a welcoming atmosphere. The Mexican dishes are my go-to, although I've heard their steaks are popular too. The breakfast options are simple and satisfying, especially with their flavorful green sauce. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, making it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal in Pleasanton.

Always great food and service. Been eating here for years. After a short time living in San Antonio about two years we never tasted any thing in Mexican restaurants as great as El Castillo in Pleasanton, Texas. In fact while residing in other cities in South Texas we made several special trips to Pleasanton just to eat at El Castillo. My favorite is their Border Patrol Special.

My sister and I have tried all the Mexican restaurants in Pleasanton and Jourdanton and the very best and most economical for us is El Castillo. Employees are on the ball and polite and welcoming and the food is dependable and tasty and the menu is accommodating to any taste. This is our monthly "go to" place.
