The chicken flautas and enchiladas are incredibly delicious, bursting with authentic flavors. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service make every visit a joy!

We were so impressed with the service and the meal. The food was awesome and plentiful. Great authentic mexican flavor. And served very quickly. Nice quiet atmosphere.
Plan to make this a regular place to visit.

This establishment serves authentic Mexican food NOT Tex-Mex. Tex-Mex tends to be more spicy (not necessarily hot but spicy) than authentic Mexican which can come across as somewhat "bland" in comparison but should be if true, authentic Mexican because, across the border, they have a tendency to use fewer (not to mention less access to) spices than we do in the states.
SO...if true, authentic Mexican food is what you're in search of and expecting, then Fiesta's is a great place to eat! It is small & not fancy actually having a "little hole in the wall" feel but is clean. It is family-owned, the staff is very friendly going out of their way to make sure you're satisfied, & the family gives back by contributing toward Caddo Mills' school district. The prices are very reasonable (there's even a $4.99 enchilada buffet at lunch time at least during the week...I'm not sure about weekends), & the food is fresh with a great authentic taste (as long as you're not expecting Tex-Mex)!

My wife and I had dinner there for the first time this past Wednesday. And where in shock to find out they have a enchilada buffet for $4.99. The food was fresh and tasted great we'll be back
