Not a fancy place, but best pizza ever!! They are huge! Ingredients are good and fresh...and the crust? Perfection..not soft and mushy in the middle. Courteous, friendly staff top it off.

Every time I think about pizza I think about Italian Affair. It is hot, so large and makes my mouth water in anticipation. I have been enjoying pizza for many years now and in my infinite wisdom and pizza experience, Italian Affair is the best in Sherman Texas. You can hope and you can dream, but without Italian Affair Pizza zLife isn't worth living. So end it all or get some Italian Affair pizza!!

The old hag is so rude and needs to learn better customer service. Just because you are a 60 year old washed up hippie that hates her job , and obviously her life, doesnt mean you treat paying customers like crap. Never going again. Also, the pizza DOES taste reheated.

They have lousy customer service. They do not listen to what the customer wants, and always have a negative attitude and are rude to their customers reguardless of how long you have been a customer. I have been a avid customer since they were open in Midway Mall and now in their new location however I am no longer going to get my pizza from this establishment. I am tired of being treated like the customer does not matter or have any worth to them. The pizza is reheated and not fresh and sometimes under cooked. The prices are over rated for what they make and is not worth the cost, if I wanted a reheated pizza I would do it myself at home.Special was a pizza with 2 toppings and I wanted cheese for both, they tried to charge $20 on a $12 special.I did not ask for extra cheese just the two that are permitted for the special to be cheese, then worker lied and said they had been at there new location for 11 yrs. I will go to other pizza establishments from now on because a customer should never be treated as if they don't matter and are worthless in which this place does on a regular basis. If you like being treated like garbage and eating reheated food then this is the place for you, but if you want real food I suggest going somewhere else,anywhere else honestly.
